This website is a static business card. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server. Email is the only way to contact us.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit, the host processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, requested file, transferred data volume, browser type and operating system, and the referring page.

The purpose is the technical operation, security and error analysis of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are retained by the host for a limited period in line with its policies and then deleted. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

If you email us, we process your details (email address, name, content of the message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
